Every badge is two layers of 3mm cast acrylic: a base plate cut to the outline of the whole word, and the raised lettering bonded on top. Laser cut, hand polished, chamfered on every edge, with UV-stable pigment that runs through the material instead of sitting on it — so a scrape shows as a scratch, not as bare white plastic underneath.
3M automotive tape goes on before it ships. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting: your badge is cut after you order it, in one of 20 finishes across both layers.
